When I meet a potential new client I always begin by looking first at where they currently are with their business, which goals they want to achieve, the ideal target audience for their products and/or services and how to reach those audiences.

These are fundamental questions to ask before embarking on any marketing initiative. Time and again I have found that putting this building block in place gives a clear focus to a company's marketing plans and activities and can save them a lot of time and money .
