Masters wanted to introduce a new gift fruit baskets service to a new target market. After researching the target market and recommending an expanded reach for the new service, I created text content for the homepage of their website, devised both layout and content for a new page focusing on the fruit baskets and applied organic search engine optimisation techniques (keywords, meta tags, alt tags) to promote visibility of the new service at visitor and search engine level. I am also helping Masters with additional ideas on raising awareness of the fruit baskets through offline initiatives such as promotional leaflets.

Cafe Pronto, quality cafe for businesses and residents in London SE1
Cafe Pronto were interested in using social media to promote their business. I took a range of photos of the cafe and created an extensive Facebook profile with full menu information and photo gallery, and a Twitter profile. Cafe Pronto is now using these media to send out its daily hot food menu and a range of other information to its customers.
Our customers were keen to see our daily menu posted on Facebook and Twitter, and Barbara has done an excellent job of setting up this service for us. It's also saving us time, as our customers who normally phone us each day for the menu can now be directed straight to our social media pages. Barbara even took the external photos of our cafe, which was an added plus.
